As part of the Mini Workshop & Hospitality Networking series, VIETSOLUTIONS hosted the workshop “PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY” on September 25, 2026, at Hospitality Experiences Showroom, bringing together representatives from both the Education and Hospitality sectors
🤝 This time, the discussion focused on people development and workforce development, bringing together two perspectives - from those responsible for training future talent and those who work with and employ talent within the Hospitality industry.
Four key topics opened up a multi-dimensional dialogue:

▪️ Preparing the workforce for the future
▪️ People as the foundation of Hospitality
▪️ Working together to address the Hospitality industry's workforce challenges
This also reflects the spirit VIETSOLUTIONS hopes to foster at Hospitality Experiences Showroom - a space where industry professionals can meet, exchange perspectives and work together to create meaningful value.
